Our Wedding & Engagement Album from Artifact Uprising
After almost three years of being married, we finally have our wedding album! We opted to order through Artifact Uprising (AU) rather than ordering it through our photographer. But when you have 700+ photos to narrow down, it can become a bit overwhelming. Thankfully, AU’s minimal approach to album design and services makes this so much easier.
Why Artifact Uprising?
It takes time to find a company that you truly love. For us, we believe in less is more. AU embodies this through each of their products with their simple, modern and clean designs. Their quality and services superseed those of other companies that make AU a no-brainer for our print needs. Most of all, we want to capture the real moments we’ve experienced in print and have found that through everyday print sets, Christmas cards and now our albums, we’ll be able to hold on to the joy in these moments forever.
What products did we order?
For our wedding album, we opted for the Layflat Photo Album. We wanted something a bit more luxuorious to relive our big day. It did not disappoint! We have approximately 90 photos in ours. The majority of the pages have one photo on them, while others are like the photo below. From the customized linen cover and spine to the ultra-thick layflat pages, we are absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out!
In addition to our wedding album, we decided to order a Hardcover Photo Album to capture our engagement photos. This is more casual, but still a perfect way for us to capture that day. We mainly chose this for the cover lauout options. We have about 40 pages in this one with almost all 100+ of our photos! There are so many ways that it can be customized (ours is with the partial jacket) to make it your own.
What else have we ordered?
This was our first album purchase through AU, but we’ve also ordered the Everyday Print Set and our annual Christmas cards which we (and our family) love! AU just launched their new calendar and we are likely going to order that next to hang in our office.
If you have any other questions about AU, I’d love to answer them! Leave a comment or e-mail us!
