DIY Orange Garland
If you’ve spent any time on Pinterest this holiday season, I’m almost certain you have seen orange garland floating around. It was a must for our Christmas decor and I added it in a few spaces in our home this season.
What You Need:
- 5-6 oranges, sliced about ¼ - ½ thick (these made about 2 - 6 foot garlands, depending on how close you space out the oranges)
- Baking sheet(s)
- Parchment paper
- Fishing line, or similar string
How:
- Preheat oven to 250°
- Slice the oranges about ¼ to ½ inch thick. (These made about 2 - 6 foot garlands, depending on how close you space out the oranges)
- Arrange the orange slices on the baking sheet(s) and place in the oven. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes or so.
- Once they’ve cooled, get fishing line and poke through the orange in two places so they’ll hang better on on the strand.
- Hang wherever you desire!
