DIY Orange Garland
If you’ve spent any time on Pinterest this holiday season, I’m almost certain you have seen orange garland floating around. It was a must for our Christmas decor and I added it in a few spaces in our home this season.
What You Need:
5-6 oranges, sliced about ¼ - ½ thick (these made about 2 - 6 foot garlands, depending on how close you space out the oranges)
Baking sheet(s)
Parchment paper
Fishing line, or similar string
How:
Preheat oven to 250°
Slice the oranges about ¼ to ½ inch thick. (These made about 2 - 6 foot garlands, depending on how close you space out the oranges)
Arrange the orange slices on the baking sheet(s) and place in the oven. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes or so.
Once they’ve cooled, get fishing line and poke through the orange in two places so they’ll hang better on on the strand.
Hang wherever you desire!
